While watching Melrose Place last night I was surprised to notice ex-Neighbours hottie, Nicky Whelan appearing in the episode. Though she was barely in the show for long enough to be framed by Violet (played by Ashlee Simpson-Wentz) Whelan shows yet another example of how succesful Australian actors are breaking into the U.S. television market.
